He worked out six days per week and uses the following workout schedule:

2. Back

3. Shoulders

4. Hamstrings, quadriceps, and calves.

5. Biceps and Triceps

1. Supplements

Snack: Protein Bar, Apple, Almonds, Protein Shake

Dinner: trout, salmon, or chicken breasts, vegetables, salad, Brown Rice or a potato.
